Louisiana Nurse Practitioner Foundation is pleased to announce the recipients of 7 scholarships awarded to nurse practitioners and nurse practitioner students throughout the state. The scholarships were presented at the Louisiana Association of Nurse Practitioners (LANP) PAC Event held during the 28th Annual LANP Conference in Alexandria this past weekend.
The 2022 scholarship award recipients included:
- Edna Treuting Award:
- Bridgette Campbell BSN, RN from Baton Rouge and enrolled in ULL’s MSN Program
- RN to NP Scholarships:
- Tiffany Rogers BSN, RN from Shreveport and enrolled NSU’s MSN Program
- Jamie Van Huis BSN, RN from Brusly and enrolled in ULL’s MSN Program
- NP to DNP Scholarships:
- Tammy Bennett MSN, WHNP-BC from Lacombe and enrolled in ULL’s DNP Program
- Aaron Stigers MSN, AGPCNP-BC from Shreveport and enrolled in SELU’s DNP Program
- Loan Forgiveness Scholarships:
- Janey Gaston MSN, PMHNP-BC from Covington (2017 MSN Graduate of McNeese State University)
- Amy Seale MSN, FNP-BC from Angie (2018 MSN Graduate of University of Louisiana at Lafayette)
